Marker of the week will continue as soon as weather permits. to catch up on last seasons marker of the week see the youtube playlist at this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1FBTiTD5FTVtW9xPdcLZKGmZuG6t7mVe

Marker of the week is a shooting gallery archive of paintball guns from players around the Maritime provinces. When I got to a field and something catches my eye I ask permission to do one of these and spot shoot the footage in most cases. I hope I see some of you on the field in 2015! If you are a player in atlantic canada shoot me an email if you have a gun you would like featured and we can try to meet at a field.

Hitman Action Sports Vlog: 2015 season, Scope target shooting .22 Crosman air rifle at ...Santa :'(

I got a chance to do some target practice in Cape Breton NS this holiday. Poor Santa has out stayed his welcome. Shooting him in the background with a Crosman phantom 500 fps air rifle, range is 103 feet. Topics covered: what is next in 2015 on this channel.

'vlogging' is new for my channel and i know no paintball guns were shot in this vid but it is the main focus of my channel. I'm basically just trying to find a creative voice with this channel let me know what works/does with what you have seen and if target shooting makes a good podcast background.

cheers

Thursday, June 19, 2014

well well well

I haven posted an episode in 2 years. forgetful me. there is good news however. my channel is coming back to life and resources made from other videos will be directed to the mass barrel review (which has languished in developmental purgatory for reasons but I will get it done when I have the tools at my disposal.

announcements:
Channel coming back to life soon
2 episodes pre recorded already just need to track down a better mic
playlists added to youtube. shooting gallery added will try to build an archive of as many players markers at fields I tour as possible.
tech vids coming including a breakdown of my bolt action and eventually a full documented build of a new superior model.
any input appreciated!

cheers

Reball Tests

CONFIRMED: The Mass Barrel Review Accuracy tests on Reballs will be conducted shortly at the Dundee Sports Dome in Moncton, New Brunswick. ( sportsdome.ca )

Reballs themselves (authentic ones) will give a much more accurate reading of accuracy on a barrel than paintballs will especially in a climate controlled indoor environment as we will be virtually removing such factors as weather effects, manufacturer consistency, humidity, and more. For those of you with a keen eye for the straight facts with as little left the chance as possible (like for instance say an unevenly weighted paintball) These are the tests to look for!

More to come soon!

Hitman Paintball Reviews: Scenario Dreams Sniper Fin round

Taking a look at the hot new paintball attachment from scenario dreams, -that's right paintball ATTACHMENT- that boasts longer range and better accuracy for any paintball, much like the Tiberius first Strike but safe to use at any field-paint-only event (if you create them with event paint), and at only a fraction of the cost. However, making each round individually may tick off lazy snipers!

You can find more out about scenario dreams and their sniper rounds here: http://www.scenariodreams.com/

Hello my neglected readers!

Next Friday is not only Good Friday, it is "Black Friday" at Mersey Road (The best paintball field in Eastern Canada!)

I will be able to get lots of footage for the Scenario dream sniper rounds in action! Also I will *hopefully* be able to finish bulk of the interview segments for my barrel review.

Scenario Dream sniper fin review Expected to be ready to air May 1st, check back then!

Stay classy everyone!

Wednesday, March 16, 2011

Well the snow is finally melting here so I can go forward on the sniper fin review! got some good tests done and I can tell you all that these fins conclusively improve a paintballs aerodynamics, will they improve range and accuracy? more tests to come!

Gathering paint sponsors for the mass barrel review is proving much more time consuming than I had anticipated, as before Hydrotech and Rap4, and Karnage paintball are the current sponsors to donate paintballs for the controlled tests, hopefully more to come!

More updates on the way as the snow melts and fields become playable again, that is the Canadian winter for you!

Friday, February 11, 2011

To my readers, an update!

The next review I will be publishing will be the scenario dreams sniper rounds, this will be as soon as possible, the snow is several feet deep here in Easter Canada right now!

On the barrel review: got 99% of winter interviews done as of now, when the snow melts the summer interviews will be concluded. When I find an indoor area to host my accuracy tests they will be done.

I am currently contacting paint manufacturing sponsors, so far Rap4 and Hydrotech have signed up.

If you are or know someone on the inside of an encapsulating company send me an email to stan_the_hit_man@ hotmail . com

All the best!
